Flexitarianism

I heard the term flexitarianism for the first time about a year ago when a friend of mine said, "this is what you’ve already been doing for so long!" A flexitarian is someone who eats mostly vegetarian but will still eat meat as well.

What defines a flexitarian is for example someone who tries to reduce their meat consumption by exchanging meat products with vegetarian alternatives and who will eat meat one or two days per week instead of having a single “meat-free” day per week.

My motivations for eating less meat go along the same lines as Graham Hill’s thoughts in the below video. Will you become a “weekday veg” like Graham Hill?
